Marking 40 years in business is a big milestone, but we wanted this celebration to be about more than just us. To honor this occasion, we launched the BCI Cares Community Outreach Contest, highlighting local nonprofits doing inspiring work in our area.
We invited nominations, gathered votes, and celebrated with prizes for three amazing organizations:
Emergencies happen, and we know how stressful it can be when essential systems like water heaters fail unexpectedly. That’s why we launched the BCI Celebration Splash—Water Heater Giveaway to bring a little relief to one lucky homeowner.
The winner received a brand-new, fully installed water heater, turning a potentially frustrating experience into a joyful one. Seeing their gratitude and the positive impact this giveaway had on their home reminded us of the importance of supporting our customers in meaningful ways.
This wasn’t just about replacing a water heater—it was about restoring comfort and peace of mind for someone in our community.
Sometimes, giving back can be as simple as spreading a little joy. As part of our anniversary celebrations, we hosted a TV Giveaway, gifting a brand-new LG UHD television to one lucky winner.
The excitement of the winner, Paige, reminded us that life’s little pleasures—like family movie nights or cheering on your favorite sports team—can bring so much happiness. This giveaway wasn’t just about the TV; it was about creating moments of connection and celebration for one of our valued customers.
