Project: Retractable Technologies - Phase II - Little Elm, TX

49,000 sq ft manufacturing/office addition to an existing building, including a 15,000 sq ft plastics extrusion clean room, for a syringe manufacturer. Included 7800 sq ft of offices, and 26,000 sq ft air conditioned warehouse.  (The same construction team built the 49,000 sq ft Phase I building.) 

Project: Denton Tap Storage - Lewisville, TX

HVAC and plumbing work for a rental storage facility.  

Project: Various Modifications to The Federal Reserve Bank - Dallas, TX

We are the plumbing and HVAC contractor for a “sole source” contracting team that performs various modifications and additions to the Federal Reserve Bank building in Dallas.  All work and personnel are under tight security guidelines.  

 Project: Controls Upgrade for Tyler P&DC Facility - Tyler, TX

Electronic controls upgrade of and existing USPS regional mail processing center.

 Project: New Factory Addition for Jostens Manufacturing - Denton, TX

Design/build for a 13,000 sq ft “fast-track” factory addition for a national class ring manufacturer. Work also included $304,000 of dust collection work, piping work, and cooling equip upgrades for the Owner. 

Project:  New Distribution Facility for Ben E. Keith Foods - Oklahoma City, OK

New HVAC work for a 357,000 sq ft warehouse and distribution facility, with branch offices, and a truck maintenance facility. Work included humidity control at the 27,900 sq ft freezer dock, battery charging area ventilation control, produce areas, warehouse ventilation, Cambridge heating units, "de-stratification" fans, offices and shipping area HVAC work, and truck automotive exhaust systems. 

 Project:   Classroom Addition for the First United Methodist Church - Denton, TX

Design/build redesign the of HVAC and plumbing systems to serve a 36,000 sq ft three story Classroom Addition, and replacement cooling/heating systems for the 75 yr old Sanctuary and gathering areas. 

 Project:   Vario Systems Electronics - Southlake, TX

Design/build HVAC systems to serve a 71,400 sq ft two story office and manufacturing facility for a manufacturer of printed circuit boards. Price included necessary process exhaust systems. 

Project: Covenant Knight School - Dallas, TX

HVAC work for a 14 building temporary secondary education school facility.
