Chilled Water - These systems pipe water from a central water chiller / heater to the areas requiring conditioning, these systems can incorporate heat recovery. VRV & VRF - These systems use DX plant and use refrigerant to heat or cool the conditioned spaces, this type of system can simultaneously heat or cool conditioned areas, they can also operate with a COP of up to 5.00 (1kw input 5kw output).
